WHIle we were marching

(1) CIVIL RIGHTS, LGBT RIGHTS, CLIMATE CHANGE, ABORTION, ETC no longer exist on whitehouse.gov

Everything from whitehouse.gov was transferred over to obamawhitehouse.gov. This new whitehouse.gov is basically a ‘start from scratch’ website for the DT administration.

It’s hard to tell whether or not this is normal, since websites have only been around since the Clinton administration. Regardless, it is shady to not inform your public on how you plan to treat the rights we have been given up until now. A note from my fave researcher:

“What's really alarming is that there is nothing yet about any sort of civil rights, but the page formally for such information now redirects to "standing up for our law enforcement community" and the first two sentences make me sick. "One of the fundamental rights of every American is to live in a safe community. A Trump Administration will empower our law enforcement officers to do their jobs and keep our streets free of crime and violence." Let the reality of what that means sink in.”

Hate it? Tweet at this guy, he's in charge of the site: @lansing

Currently working on what actually happened with the old petitions, but as far as we can tell every single whitehouse petition you signed your beautiful / unique name to is no longer in existence.

There is one petition out there, though, to get Trump to show his tax returns.

Employer's will have the right/option to no longer comply with ACA rules/regulations/standards. That's where it gets scary. There doesn't seem to be any sort of requirement or regulations outside of that.

The GOP is planning to continure require companies to cover people with pre-existing conditions, but it will likely cost a shit load more.

Individuals are no longer REQUIRED to have health insurance. AKA Healthy people no longer have insurance, prices go way the fuck up for people who do have insurance. When something awful happens to someone without health insurance, their prices will also be astronomical.

Say goodbye to birth control.

The FHA (federal housing administration) allows low income homebuyers tio buy homes in unconventional ways, meaning they don’t have to go through big banks to be approved for loans. In order to qualify for a FHA loan, they have to have mortgage insurance just in case they fail to pay their mortgage payment.

Obama issued an executive order that would decrease home insurance prices for low income FHA home owners, supposed to go into effect on Jan 27. Obama’s order could/would have saved homeowner’s anywhere between $500-1,000.

Trump suspended this order.

This was one of his first moves as president, immediately following his inaugural address which focused a lot on “the importance of the power of the people.”

Any president can create or abolish any executive orders, as kind of a ‘play by these general rules please’ these aren’t laws… and trump plans on overturning every. single. one. of Obama’s executive orders.

“He only wants to repeal Obamacare because its called OBAMAcare. if it were called anything else he would probably keep it and simply reform it. Trump just seems to want his name tied to everything.”

DT has signed executive orders to advance the Dakota Access Pipeline, according to the Associated Press.

The action can not be overturned by Congress, although the Standing Rock Sioux tribe is planning legal action to try to stop it and camp leaders called for “mass civil disobedience” in response.

North Dakota National Guard stationed missile launchers at standing rock that are/were reportedly being used to shoot down any potential drones (protestors were using drones to document action between law enforcement and activists). the missiles are/were alleged to be Avenge Air Defense Systems by Boeing - motion detecting systems that employ 8 rockets each. If it found a drone or locked onto a target, the missiles could destroy it, no questions asked...it can also be armed with a .50-caliber machine gun. Okay?

State Rep. Keith Kempenich introduced a bill that allows motorists who "accidentally" hit and injure or even KILL PROTESTORS get away with it - no consequences.

"Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a driver of a motor vehicle who negligently causes injury or death to an individual obstructing vehicular traffic on a public road, street, or highway may not be held liable for any damages."

Kempenich literally compared the protestors to terrorists because people are driving home, protestors are in the streets, forcing the drivers into a situation they don't want to be in. Protestors are "inconveniencing" drivers and this constitutes as terrorism.

More on this to come with a specific call-to-action.
